Village shops, pubs, restaurants and sandy beach are a short stroll away. Ideal for a family seaside holiday or a winter retreat. Cromer is 1 mile away, Sheringham is 3 miles. There is a frequent bus service through the village to Cromer/Sheringham and beyond.

Description
Our holiday cottage is located in a rural area with views across the village common. Being just a few minutes’ walk to the beach and many National Trust areas only a short drive away, there is a range of relaxing walks to go on in the area.
Parking for one car is right outside of the property, with an enclosed patio area.
The cottage is self-catering and has 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, a combined shower over the bath and a lounge/kitchen/diner. All is on the ground floor, with three steps up to the property and one step in the garden. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, separate freezer and washing machine. There is a flat-screen TV with freesat in the lounge area and TV's in both bedrooms.
Quality cotton bed linen and fresh white towels, gas central heating and electric are all included in the price.
No smoking or pets.
Guests are asked to arrive at 4pm and depart by 10am.
A deposit of 20% of the total price is requested on booking, and the balance is to be sent 60 days before the hire period. If the booking is cancelled the deposit will not be refunded. Holiday insurance is advised.
Short stays are sometimes available (excluding July and August), please enquire.
